About The Position

The Corporate Sales Manager (CSM) for Data Solutions is responsible for developing executive-level relationships with large enterprise employers and third-party distribution organizations to promote ADP's Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) Aggregated Data offering. This role focuses on business development, selling data insights that enhance analytical accuracy for clients. The CSM will work both virtually and in the field, with travel expectations of 30%-50%. The position requires collaboration with internal partners to close sales opportunities and support company events, while also managing sales forecasts and utilizing CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5 years successfully selling into the business community, preferably in tax credit sales.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with prospective customers, consultants, and vendor partners.
  • Self-motivated with a professional demeanor, both externally and internally.
  • Experience in making presentations, preparing proposals, conducting negotiations regarding pricing and terms, and interfacing with other company departments for resource allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Call on Mid-Market and Large Market prospects and clients to develop opportunities for ADP Business Incentive services.
  • Attain or exceed 100% assigned quota and product goals within assigned territory.
  • Maintain a high level of activity with cold calls and self-generated meetings to ensure success in this fast-paced, high unit, hunter sales role.
  • Develop an annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned quota and product goals.
  • Utilize Smart data to develop relationships with target accounts.
  • Develop prospective client sources utilizing various mediums including campaigns, LinkedIn, Google alerts, and personal contact mailings, and attending seminars.
  • Establish a good knowledge of ADP business incentives programs and ADP's capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitive products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
