This is a remote position within Ontario. Our Roadside Assistance department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Workers can expect to be scheduled between the hours of 6AM to 11PM. We require flexible availability for this purpose. What you’ll do Role we are currently sourcing for: (Remote) Bilingual Corporate Roadside Assistance Representative Respond to a wide variety of requests from Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance and Home Services customers such as dispatching a service provider to provide roadside assistance, general inquiries on membership benefits/product features, enrolment, etc. which ultimately will build loyalty to the Canadian Tire brand Supporting with Triangle Rewards customers What you bring We are looking for individuals who are: Customer focused, who go above and beyond to respond to the evolving needs of our customers Solutions oriented and outcome focused, with a strong attention to detail Team players with strong communications skills, who build relationships easily We’re always looking for great talent!
