About The Position

Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Corporate Revenue Strategist to lead revenue strategy across our growing portfolio of hotels. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on driving performance — not day-to-day property execution. You will partner with executive leadership and guide property teams to improve RevPAR, ADR, and overall profitability across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of hotel revenue management experience
  • Strong background in multi-property or portfolio-level strategy
  • Proven ability to drive RevPAR, ADR, and RGI performance
  • Highly analytical with strong business and financial acumen
  • Experience with revenue systems (e.g., IDeaS, SynXis, PMS)
  • Confident communicator who can influence senior leaders

Responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio-wide revenue strategy across all properties
  • Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve results
  • Optimize pricing, segmentation, and channel mix
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategy
  • Provide forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights
  • Standardize revenue best practices across the portfolio
  • Coach and guide property leaders (without owning execution)
  • Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership
