About The Position

The AI Policy Associate will support the Global AI Policy team in maintaining and updating firmwide AI policy viewpoints and managing a comprehensive content library. This role involves collaboration with various departments to align AI and data strategies, conducting research on AI policy trends, and creating high-quality content for internal and external engagements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in policy or government experience, or strategy/management consulting.
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and project management experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive approach with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Mastery of core Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• BS / BA degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional, firmwide coordination of the team, including regular meetings and tracking key objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis on AI policy trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices.
• Support the creation of high-quality content for internal and external engagements, including presentations, reports, and policy briefs.
• Support strategic internal communications regarding AI and data policy initiatives.
• Update and manage firmwide AI policy viewpoints to reflect the latest developments.
• Organize and manage logistics for AI policy-related engagements.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for AI policy projects.
