About The Position
With 19 service centers nationwide, McNICHOLS CO. is North America's leading supplier and fabricator of 'Hole Products', including Perforated and Expanded Metals, Wire Mesh, and Designer Metals, as well as a complete line of Grating and Flooring Products. Founded in 1952 by the late Robert L. McNichols, the Company was established on strong values, high ethical standards, and a commitment to employees and customers. We are looking for a Recruiter ready to join a great team. This position collaborates with managers across our 20 locations to support hiring at all levels, from entry level to professional roles. We are seeking someone who has a passion for recruiting and who can serve as a great first impression of McNICHOLS for our candidates, exemplifying our customer service culture. This position is located at our corporate headquarters overlooking the waters of Tampa Bay.
