About The Position

Angels of Care is a leading pediatric home health agency dedicated to providing medically fragile and complex children with expert in-home nursing care, therapy, and additional services in a loving and professional manner. The Corporate Recruiter plays a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for all internal office positions within the organization. This position requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies for attracting top talent. The Corporate Recruiter will influence the entire recruiting lifecycle for corporate employees, from sourcing candidates to selection, ensuring that the organization is staffed with qualified individuals who align with the company's goals and vision. In this role, the Corporate Recruiter will manage the hiring process for all office staff, ensuring that recruitment goals are met and that the hiring process is efficient and effective. Responsibilities include reviewing candidates in a timely manner, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling follow-up interviews. The recruiter will also be responsible for managing the applicant tracking system and job boards, actively headhunting candidates through various methods, including social media. Additionally, the Corporate Recruiter will oversee internal and external communications to maintain a positive reputation for Angels of Care as an employer, participating in job fairs and organizing hiring events as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques, particularly in utilizing social media for candidate sourcing. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field is required, along with at least two years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter. Bilingual candidates are preferred, as this can enhance the recruitment process and broaden the candidate pool.
