About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter at Hobby Lobby plays a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and retaining artistic and creative professionals for the Art/Creative Department. This position involves collaborating with leadership and team stakeholders to attract top talent for various roles, including Graphic Designers, Designer/Stylists, Photographers, and Writers, within a fast-paced and creative environment.

Requirements

• Professional recruiting experience required
• Experience working on a close-knit team
• Ability to adhere to existing internal processes with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to adhere and adapt to complex processes with a high level of attention to detail
• Experience partnering with universities and staffing agencies helpful
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite helpful
• Proficient Mac Skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Seek and maintain excellent working relationships across the Department and Company
• Maintain and execute an understanding of recruiting, training and process improvement
• Full-cycle recruiting including seeking out and maintaining university and staffing agency relations
• Ensure files are labeled, organized, stored, and archived appropriately
• Learn new techniques, tools, and technology as required
• Anticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they arise
• Consistently provide high quality work, often under the pressure of tight deadlines
