About The Position

Kaufman Lynn is looking for a detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team at our Delray Beach corporate office. This position reports to our Director of Human Resources, and offers a flexible hybrid schedule along with competitive compensation and benefits. The primary responsibility of the Corporate Recruiter is to drive the hiring process to ensure that open positions are filled as quickly as possible with the best talent possible. This position is critical in helping the company maintain a positive image in the community, building networks of candidates, and developing creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies. The Corporate Recruiter will partner closely with the HR team and hiring managers to successfully drive candidates through the interview and offer process. This includes sourcing, submitting candidates to hiring managers, coordinating interviews and performing reference checks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience within the construction industry required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present a positive and professional image of the company in the community

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, or commensurate experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of job duties, required skills and competencies for each position at Kaufman Lynn
  • Source resumes using our application tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, etc.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews on a daily basis
  • Manage complex candidate scheduling for remote and in-person interviews, including travel if necessary
  • Develop creative sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in a highly competitive market and industry
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and candidates in a fast-paced hiring environment
  • Attend regular HR and staffing meetings to stay abreast of current and future talent requirements
  • Communicate with HR Director on a daily basis with updates on searches
  • Provide project coordination for new and ongoing recruiting initiatives to support corporate and executive recruiting
  • Additional duties as assigned
