About The Position

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles - from sourcing to offer to onboarding. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and build lasting candidate relationships. You'll also collaborate with and support the recruiting team, helping to scale hiring efforts, share best practices, and maintain consistency across the recruiting function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Business Acumen: knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting their business and organization
  • 2 + years of full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the semiconductor or tech industry
  • Superb communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in strategic networking - both in-person and via LinkedIn/social platforms
  • Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, and a high degree of professionalism
  • Proven track record of delivering results against measurable hiring or business objectives

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS (or similar) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create robust strategies to recruit and source technical and non-technical roles by utilizing job boards and social networks.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, screen resumes, and deliver insightful, data-driven summaries to hiring managers to support informed decisions.
  • Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and serve as the bridge between candidates, hiring managers, and HR, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Provide/review compensation data to the staffing team for headcount requisitions and offers
  • Leverage Greenhouse ATS (or similar) to track candidate progress, manage requisitions, and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Actively maintain a network of candidates for future requirements, following up to keep your candidates in the loop and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Interpret local, state, and federal laws regulating compensation practices; ensure company compliance with all regulations.
  • Provide any additional support to the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
