The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, reviewing, screening, referring applicants to hiring managers to interview, and assisting with onboarding for corporate roles. This role is also responsible for sourcing candidates for key vacancies, clinical, and non-clinical positions on the community level. The Corporate Recruiter also acts as a sprint recruiter for our long-term care and senior living communities across the nation.
