Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role, with demonstrated expertise in full‑cycle recruiting
  • Proven track record of success in a metrics‑driven or goal‑oriented talent acquisition environment.
  • Exceptional time‑management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and candidate experience.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and comfort with data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trust‑based partnerships with business leaders by developing a deep understanding of their talent needs, team dynamics, and strategic priorities.
  • Source, engage, and attract top talent to support growth across your assigned business unit and strengthen DSI’s overall talent pipeline.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent assessment, problem‑solving recruitment challenges, and designing and executing innovative sourcing and engagement strategies.
  • Serve as a DSI brand ambassador, clearly communicating our value proposition and enhancing our presence in the talent market.
  • Maintain a rigorous focus on quality, using metrics and outcomes, including quality of hire, to evaluate process effectiveness and organizational impact.
