About The Position
Purple Crow is a food distribution company supporting large-scale operations across multiple locations. We play a critical role in keeping supply chains moving by hiring dependable teams for warehouse, transportation, and corporate functions. We’re seeking a Corporate Recruiter who understands the urgency and precision required in food distribution hiring.
Requirements
- 2+ years of corporate or in-house recruiting experience
- Experience with high-volume or operations-based roles (warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English & Spanish required
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
- Comfortable using ATS systems and recruiting platforms like Indeed
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring timelines
- Create and post job ads on Indeed and other platforms
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring standards
- Support onboarding and continuous improvement of recruiting processes
