We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Associate to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role will manage a high volume of requisitions, and source, screen and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for entry- and mid-level roles at MDVIP. The ideal candidate will love creating and managing efficient processes, be able to review and quickly assess foundational capabilities for volume applicants, demonstrate a strong customer service mindset, and build a trusted partnership with both candidates and hiring managers.
