About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of external recruitment and internal talent mobility within the company. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers across various departments to identify and attract top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Human Resources or a business-related field required.
• 3+ years of Corporate Recruiting experience.
• Experience with recruiting for high volume roles.
• Advanced level experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• SHRM Certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to understand, respect, and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Results-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High energy, team player with a sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify highly competitive candidates for key roles.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate follow-up interviews.
• Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques to attract prospective candidates and build a talent pipeline.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of recruitment best practices and the Plymouth Rock businesses.
• Manage the background check and reference process for all candidates.
• Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and maintain the internal applicant tracking system.
• Represent and differentiate Plymouth Rock to external candidates by effectively communicating the company's unique position in the industry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
