About The Position

We are excited to add an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to our collaborative team of professionals. This individual will identify, attract and engage top talent for roles across our network of fertility practices and laboratories. This position supports hiring managers throughout the organization and focuses on enhancing the patient experience by securing the best qualified candidate, for clinical and non-clinical positions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare recruitment, adept at building strong partnerships, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful healthcare recruitment experience is required.
  • Experience in finding outstanding clinical, non-clinical and corporate candidates who enhance the patient experience.
  • Familiarity with HR and recruiting systems, UKG experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage a high volume of job openings, at least 30 at one time.
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in HR Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to candidate offers, while fostering relationships that position the company as a 'best place to work.'
  • Partner with HR team members to apply best practices, ensuring a smooth workflow and a positive candidate experience.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with hiring managers by engaging professionally to build trust and confidence in the recruiting process.
  • Efficiently manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously, maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
