The position involves answering, screening, and routing all incoming calls, greeting and directing visitors, and managing the office's opening and closing procedures. Responsibilities include directing calls to the appropriate department or employee, assisting residents, receiving and documenting incoming mail, and managing outgoing mail. The role also requires requesting and distributing ICAC Anniversary books and gift cards, creating a monthly reception break coverage schedule, maintaining email distribution lists, and updating and emailing Onsite and Corporate Rosters to all ICAC employees. Additional duties include selling and maintaining movie tickets for the Innovation campus, scheduling conference rooms, responding to incoming emails and requests for assistance, and managing the filing system, including faxing and scanning documents.
