About The Position

The Corporate Real Estate Planning Sr. Analyst or Manager at AECOM plays a crucial role in the Corporate Finance department, focusing on managing the company's extensive real estate portfolio. This position involves portfolio management, capital planning, and financial reporting for approximately 7 million square feet of leased office space globally. The successful candidate will contribute to managing a portfolio worth over $300 million annually, collaborating with various internal teams to drive efficiencies and support strategic financial analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or similar
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience for Sr. Analyst or 8 years for Manager
  • Solid understanding of key financial concepts such as time value of money, IRR, NPV, and ROI
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze large amounts of data

Responsibilities

  • Support annual and long-range portfolio planning for all geographies/business units
  • Manage annual capital planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Prepare deliverables for executives in Excel and PowerPoint, including variance analyses and cash forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal customers to establish and maintain metrics for cost savings and portfolio performance
  • Perform ad-hoc strategic and financial analyses related to corporate finance and real estate projects
  • Drive efficiencies through continuous process improvement initiatives
