About The Position

The Corporate Real Estate Manager at NCR Atleos is responsible for executing the company's global real estate initiatives, focusing on capital planning, portfolio optimization, and integration of real estate operations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or business administration with a focus on financial or real estate aspects.
• 5+ years of corporate real estate or relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); Smartsheet is ideal but not necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Support GRE's leadership team in managing the real estate portfolio.
• Proactively support strategic initiatives for portfolio transformation and optimization.
• Work with senior management to validate capital and operating budgets.
• Ensure adherence to established quality assurance protocols globally.
• Manage special programs to align with evolving global business strategies.
• Handle multiple initiatives and priorities to support GRE objectives.
• Evaluate financial analysis for complex real estate projects.
• Assist in the integration of real estate operations through a third-party service partner.
• Develop analyses and presentations for complex real estate scenarios and transactions.
