About The Position
We are seeking a Corporate Real Estate Financial Analyst or Sr. Analyst to play an important role in the Corporate Finance department of a global Fortune 500 company. This position will be a part of the Real Estate Finance team under AECOM’s Global Real Estate Services (GRES) organization, which is responsible for portfolio management and reporting, transaction management, construction management, and general real estate processes and policy for approximately 7 million square feet of mostly leased office space across the globe. Reporting to the Director – Corporate Real Estate Finance, the successful candidate will be a key contributor in managing AECOM’s Real Estate portfolio totaling over $300MM per year and annual capital plan associated with managing AECOM’s world class facilities. This position offers flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and virtual/telecommute work and can be based from a variety of locations in the US.
