The Corporate Quality Director leads Granger’s Quality Management Program, ensuring consistent, practical, and measurable quality practices across all projects, regions, and self-performed work. This role is key to reducing rework, improving warranty performance, and delivering predictable outcomes — while reinforcing a proactive culture of ownership and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience with leadership exposure in quality, operations, or project delivery
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and quality systems
  • Clear, confident communicator who can influence at all levels

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing enterprise-level quality programs
  • Background in self-performed construction work
  • Experience leading training or change initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Granger’s Quality Management System
  • Establish and maintain companywide quality standards aligned with industry best practices
  • Conduct jobsite visits and quality audits across regions
  • Define, track, and analyze quality metrics including rework, punchlists, warranty, and training
  • Lead warranty and rework management efforts, targeting recurring issues and root causes
  • Design and deliver practical quality training for project and field teams
  • Champion a proactive, ownership-driven culture of quality across the organization
