The Corporate Project Manager will be responsible to oversee Capital Improvement Projects, supporting Facility Directors and Administrators for day-to-day operations, as well as performing tenant improvements. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. It’s About Growth! Requirements

  • Must have a minimum two (2) years of experience in a healthcare maintenance field.
  • Must have experience in the construction field at a journeyman level in at least two (2) of the four (4) categories: Carpentry HVAC Plumbing Electrical
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be flexible to travel 60% of time within the state of California.
