About The Position
The Sr. Corporate Processing Team Lead is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of their dedicated Corporate Loan Processing Team, answering questions, assisting with daily needs, overseeing and delegating loans to the team, communicating loan statuses to branches, and keeping abreast of loan processing issues. This position provides exceptional customer service to CrossCountry Mortgage branches. This position primarily operates within Eastern Time zone working hours to support the East and Central Coast regions.
