About The Position

The Corporate Pilot serves as the sole Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for all company flights and is responsible for comprehensive flight planning, aircraft management, regulatory compliance, and executive travel support. This is a trusted leadership role requiring professionalism, discretion, and complete ownership of aircraft operations. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, seamless, and professional travel while maintaining the highest operational standards and supporting executive discretion.

Requirements

  • FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate (ATP preferred)
  • Instrument Rating
  • Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate, maintained without lapse
  • Minimum 1,500 total flight hours
  • 500+ Turbine PIC hours preferred
  • Completed and current PC-12 NGX simulator-based recurrent training (e.g., FlightSafety International or SimCom)
  • Experience as Pilot-in-Command for executive or complex flights
  • Strong pre-flight planning, weather analysis, and risk assessment skills
  • Knowledge of FAA Part 91 regulations and company SOP compliance
  • Ability to coordinate maintenance and liaise with repair stations
  • Logbook and record management (electronic and physical, e.g., CAMP or Trax)
  • Cabin readiness and interior management, including baggage and stocking essentials
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Strong independent judgment and decision-making
  • Valid U.S. Passport
  • Willingness to travel regionally and be on-call as required
  • Ability to adhere to duty/rest limits and respect blackout dates

Responsibilities

  • Act as PIC for all company flights under FAA Part 91 regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, NOTAM review, weight & balance calculations, and fuel management.
  • Ensure strict safety and regulatory compliance with FAA regulations, aircraft limitations, and company SOPs.
  • Manage the aircraft while on the road, including ground handling, fueling, and security.
  • Serve as maintenance liaison with FAA Part 145 Repair Stations and the Director of Maintenance; coordinate scheduled maintenance, inspections, and Airworthiness Directive compliance.
  • Maintain accurate logbooks and records, both electronic and physical (e.g., CAMP or Trax); support staff may assist with data entry.
  • Oversee cabin organization, baggage handling, stocking of beverages/snacks/essentials, and coordinate detailing as needed.
