About The Position
The Corporate Performance Metrics Specialist will play a crucial role in the Business and Strategic Planning Office at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. This position focuses on developing performance metrics for shipyard availabilities, providing management guidance to senior shipyard managers, and assisting in interpreting metrics to improve submarine availability performance. The specialist will also contribute to training development for management levels and perform additional duties as assigned.
