We are offering a unique opportunity for an individual with an interest in technology, accounting and/or financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to join our growing Data & Digital Practice. This position is a client-facing role focusing on Corporate Performance Management (CPM) services and products. As an intern, you will execute end-to-end implementations from participation in system design workshops through configuration and support. The successful candidate must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile for the team's success. They will be a problem solver, creative thinker, fast learner, be detail-oriented, and interested in learning their clients' business. This is an excellent opportunity for a student with a strong interest in Accounting/Finance, technology, consulting/project management and solutions such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Solver, Prophix, Planful, Oracle EPM, OneStream, or more other middle-market CPM tools.

  • Consulting with accounting, financial, operational and other management personnel to improve their businesses
  • Assist with CPM implementation projects by participating in client discovery meetings, designing business processes, configuring/testing software solutions, and training client personnel prior to system deployment.
  • Help train and advise clients in the leading use of products to fit their specific needs.
  • All engagements require process analysis/optimization, documentation, project management skills and the ability to work in collaborative teams.
  • 90 credit hours completed
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Math, or other Business/IT related fields
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to anticipate and address client concerns and issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
  • Strong data assimilation and organization skills
  • Strong self-direction and team working skills
  • Able and willing to be in the office approximately at 75% of the time and travel at approximately 15% of the time
  • Relevant work experience in accounting, finance, IT, or data analysis
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Solver, Prophix, Planful, Oracle EPM, OneStream, or other middle-market CPM tools
