About The Position
Do you have a passion for teaching and training development? Come join the Corporate Payment Systems Training team as a Project Analyst where you will: Develop and facilitate training classes for clients on bank systems. Write and produce technical documentation and videos used for training and system support. Create in-app, context sensitive help and resources to drive client understanding and usage of our payment systems and their card programs. Analyze client feedback and situations to determine and act on training needs and evaluates the success of training projects. This is a full time, salaried position with a Monday - Friday work schedule.
