The CAM Collective (“TCC”) is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in law firm and/or corporate legal environments to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of the Legal Department, providing critical support to corporate counsel and business leadership. You will manage a broad range of responsibilities spanning corporate governance, litigation support, contract management, compliance, and workflow coordination, helping ensure the company’s legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

  • Coordinate incoming legal requests across all TCC Member Companies.
  • Track, assign, and monitor requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate deadlines and priorities directly with General Counsel.
  • Oversee the full contract life cycle, from drafting and review coordination to obtaining approvals and signatures.
  • Maintain and organize accurate electronic contract records for easy reference and compliance.
  • Partner closely with General Counsel to facilitate smooth communication and ensure follow-up on open matters with TCC staff and Member Company leadership.
  • Support the preparation and filing of annual reports, registrations, and compliance documents for all Member Companies.
  • Ensure state and federal regulatory requirements are met.
  • Monitor and track litigation deadlines, service of process, court dates, and filings to ensure timely handling of insurance claims, assignment of counsel, and required responses.
  • Collect, organize, and deliver documents for subpoenas, discovery requests, and other information requests.
  • Assist with a variety of special projects and legal initiatives to improve the efficiency and legal health of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and document management platforms (e.g., Relativity, Concordance).
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and document drafting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and with outside counsel.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • $85,000 - 110,000 salary range.
