About The Position

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, delivering innovative breaktime solutions that enhance customer experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Corporate Micro Market Support Specialist to join our Corporate Retail Operations Support team in Chattanooga, TN. This role provides vital administrative and operational support to the Micro Market division by maintaining data integrity, assisting with reporting, and ensuring the accurate setup and maintenance of product and account information across multiple systems. Requirements

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, reporting, or operational support; experience in foodservice, retail, or convenience services preferred.
  • Effectively manages, organizes, and prioritizes work in a fast-paced environment; strong ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a strong focus on collaboration and professionalism.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining open communication with leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher) with advanced Excel skills including formulas (LOOKUP, IF, CONCATENATE), data parsing, pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
  • Ability to manipulate and interpret data efficiently, presenting findings in an organized and actionable format.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess, negotiate, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Uses logic and critical thinking to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships across teams, fostering trust, respect, and collaboration.
  • Adaptable, open to change, and capable of managing shifting priorities in support of evolving organizational needs.
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Support the corporate and divisional Micro Market operations teams with product data management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Enter, update, and maintain product information, pricing, and account setups in the company's operating systems.
  • Ensure cost, pricing, and product files are accurate and consistent across markets.
  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly Micro Market reports, including sales, inventory, and performance data.
  • Respond to field requests related to product extensions, user access, and account or consumer balance inquiries.
  • Assist with the creation of product files and item catalogs for field orders and installations.
  • Partner with internal teams to maintain tracking databases and ensure up-to-date documentation.
  • Verify data integrity through regular audits, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations Support leadership to streamline workflows and improve data management processes.
  • Perform additional duties and projects assigned by management.
