About The Position

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care is a leading operator of assisted living and memory care communities across 31 locations in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida, serving over 1800 seniors and employing more than 1500 individuals. The Corporate Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in expanding the public image of the organization and supporting marketing efforts across all community locations. This role requires the specialist to become a subject matter expert in the company's services and amenities.

Requirements

2 years practical work experience and training in marketing.
Proficiency with Canva, Social Media, Microsoft, and Google Suite
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate and present to others.
Familiarity with digital media tactics including social media and its application as a marketing tool.
Familiarity with Office Suite (excel, word, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
General understanding of design, photography, and videography

Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field

Responsibilities

Design, create and/or manage promotions and print ad campaigns: newspaper, magazine, direct mail, etc.
Create and manage content and success of various digital campaigns
Responsible for negotiating, scheduling, and producing materials on time for campaigns
Translate the needs of business into working marketing materials
Responsible for overseeing the needs, design, production, and distribution of marketing materials and promotional items
Manage other media advertising: radio, video, and photography.
Assisting with company website
Maintain and uphold company branding standards across the company
Provide strong customer service when taking corporate phone calls and emails.
Assisting with marketing training and programs through various levels of the company
