The Corporate Marketing team is responsible for growing the Blue Owl brand and supporting the firm in its ambition to be one of the preeminent firms in the asset management industry. Our goal is to raise the firm’s visibility by using our global marketing and communications platform to support our firm, its publicly-traded vehicles, and its sales and client marketing efforts. We seek to deliver the most effective, innovative, and scalable ways to express the traits that set Blue Owl apart. The Head of Internal Communications will develop and implement internal communications strategies, plans, tactics, and materials for our global team and organization. The role involves owning the end-to-end execution of internal content, acting as both the project manager and the creative lead responsible for concepting, writing, and shaping each piece, ensuring a high standard of visual and verbal storytelling. The role will entail managing high-visibility projects, the internal content calendar, workflows, reviews, and approvals—serving as the point person to bring internal communications to life across channels, including our intranet, email, video, internal events, and other written collateral. This person will work in collaboration with the broader HR, Marketing, Brand, Communications, Sales, Investment, and IT teams to deliver consistent messaging across the organization. This role requires a candidate who can establish and strengthen connections across the firm, work closely with and influence senior leadership, and drive effective communication to employees. To be successful, the individual must be proactive, think strategically and creatively, and then execute tactically. This is a high-impact role within an entrepreneurial firm, reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a collaborative team player, and does not need a roadmap to deliver impact.
