The Corporate Manager of Learning & Development is a hands-on role responsible for designing and delivering programs that build leadership capability, strengthen organizational bench strength, and support long-term workforce development at Spartronics. This role leads initiatives including leadership development, high-potential talent programs, succession planning, career pathing, internship programs, internal mobility, and manager capability building. The position partners closely with HR leadership and business leaders to ensure the organization develops the skills, leadership pipeline, and workforce capabilities needed to achieve strategic business objectives.
