This role is designed to cultivate future leaders and versatile professionals who can step in and support different business functions when needed. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through various departments such as HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Operations, gaining hands-on experience and business insights. Over time, you’ll develop the skills and knowledge to fill critical gaps within the company and contribute to its long-term success. Requirements

  • A recent graduate (or have 1-2 years of experience) with a Bachelor’s degree in any field (Finance, Business Administrative, Economy, HR…etc preferred).
  • Highly intelligent, adaptable, and eager to learn—you pick things up quickly.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator and team player.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving company.
