This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and learning new skills. You’ll help keep our dealership facilities safe, functional, and looking great while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment. What You’ll Do: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems and equipment Assist with inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs Complete tasks such as painting, light plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall finishing Help maintain dealership grounds, including seasonal upkeep and snow removal Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and managers Maintain inventory of supplies and report shortages What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance techniques (training provided) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to bend, lift, reach, and climb; lift up to 70 lbs.
