About The Position

What You’ll Do: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems and equipment Assist with inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs Complete tasks such as painting, light plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall finishing Help maintain dealership grounds, including seasonal upkeep and snow removal Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and managers Maintain inventory of supplies and report shortages What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance techniques (training provided) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to bend, lift, reach, and climb; lift up to 70 lbs. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and dependable vehicle for travel between locations.
  • Ability to operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance techniques and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work on ladders, scaffolds, and scissor lifts.
  • Physical ability to bend, lift, reach, and climb; lift up to 70 lbs.
