About The Position
Latitude is seeking experienced corporate transactional attorneys specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, allowing candidates to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, particularly within an AmLaw 200 firm, and will possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
