About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized part-time Corporate Logistics Office Intern to join our team in Raleigh, NC for the spring and summer semester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Requirements

  • Pursuing associate's or bachelors degree in Hospitality or similar preferred.
  • Highly detailed and deadline driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong communicator both written and verbal
  • Ability to work several tasks simultaneously
  • Transportation required for deliveries

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves with office supplies and snacks.
  • Order snacks and office supplies as needed.
  • Pick up and deliver supplies as needed.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors upon arrival to the office.
  • Manage and maintain Outlook calendars for staff members.
  • Assist with schedule and coordinate events, including meetings and special events.
  • Work with vendors to organize and manage special events.
  • Keep the office environment neat, clean, and organized at all times.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of both in-office and offsite events.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Maintain and update office records and files.
  • Prepare documents and reports as requested by manager.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications.
