About The Position

Authentic is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Corporate Legal Intern to support our Corporate Legal team. The intern will assist with legal entity/corporate org chart maintenance and review, commercial contract review and negotiation, corporate resolution drafting, and other legal team initiatives. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a law student to gain hands-on experience in corporate law within a dynamic business environment.

Requirements

• Current law student (2L or 3L preferred)
• Ability to work 20 hours per week
• Ability to work onsite 2-3 days in our Miami office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior legal internship or experience in a corporate or law firm setting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate entity management, including maintaining and updating corporate records
• Review, analyze, and support the negotiation of various commercial contracts under attorney supervision
• Draft corporate resolutions and other governance-related documents
• Support the legal team in responding to KYC and due diligence requests from financial institutions, vendors, and business partners
• Conduct legal research on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements
• Perform other administrative and legal support tasks as assigned
