About This Internship Arch’s internship program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in the insurance industry. It provides challenging learning experiences that serve as a foundation for interns to explore their career choices and to develop professional skills. Working alongside some of the most talented members of the specialty insurance industry, interns will gain relevant expertise in various aspects of the field, participate in learning activities and receive ongoing feedback. About This Role Review non-disclosure agreements. Review legal documentation related to investments and advising lead attorneys. Review policies and procedures. Assist with building out checklists, guidelines, memos, etc. related to key legal documents and deals.

Requirements

  • Actively completing bachelor’s degree with intent to pursue law school or currently enrolled in law degree program.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • College level - current Junior, Senior, or law student (1L or 2L), with graduation dates ranging from December 2026 – May 2028.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess large volumes of text, including analyzing, categorizing, condensing, and summarizing required.
  • Extremely detail oriented, ability to work independently, ability to multi-task and prioritize without guidance.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience reviewing legal documents, demonstrating familiarity with legal terms preferred.
  • Interest in back-end/middle office investment work, supporting the team completing deals.
