About The Position

Presented by the Walmart Accounting and Finance Organization, this 2-day summit at our headquarters in Northwest Arkansas is an interactive experience filled with professional development workshops, networking opportunities, and social engagements with leaders, associates, and campus recruiters who are invested in YOUR success. Invited students will also have the opportunity to be considered for Summer 2026 internships and full-time AFDP positions in either the Accounting or Finance Track.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate students pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or other business-related field
• Graduation dates between Dec 2025 - May 2028
• A successful candidate will not require sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Meet and hear from leaders and associates across our various accounting and finance teams
• Learn about career opportunities in our Accounting Track & Finance & Strategy Track in the Accounting and Finance Development Program (AFDP)
• Attend a wide range of professional development workshops and sessions
• Participate in formal and informal networking as well as social events and engagements
• Explore the Northwest Arkansas area and learn more about the community
• Invitation to interview for a summer 2026 internship or full-time position in AFDP or Global Audit
