Scheduling of Interviews, preemployment screenings, and onboarding appts. Reviewing and dispositioning candidates within the Applicant Tracking System Conduct Co-Op Interviews Coordinate and help run Co-Op Events Attend career fairs and other recruiting events Collection of Co-Op program participant feedback Lead the Co-Op Ambassador Program and meetings Various other Human Resources tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Must be pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree within Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Great verbal and written communicator.
  • Attention to detail for scheduling, screening, & candidate tracking
  • Strong organizational & time management skills
