We are seeking an innovative, collaborative, and organized team player who is interested in gaining experience in the talent area. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, is a self-starter and is adaptable.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • Flexible and adaptive with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Analytical, capable of developing and managing related reports and metrics.
  • Organized workstyle: effectively manages and prioritizes workload, high attention to detail, assumes and manages multiple tasks without close supervision, and consistently meets deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills while displaying the highest degree of integrity in working with confidential information.
  • Proactive self-starter and understands the urgency of the talent function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work the agreed number of hours in an office; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Team on various services and initiatives with potential opportunities in our areas of career and performance management, learning and talent development, culture and assessments.
  • Execute process administration such as in deploying performance management, assessments, recruiting, and learning programs.
  • Support development and maintenance of resources and materials such as in career, recruiting, and development toolkits.
  • Collate data and information and prepare reports related to our job analysis work, pulse survey, or capability gaps discovery efforts.
  • Assist in researching compliance policies applicable with local and state laws.
  • Assist with special projects for the Talent Team.
