About The Position

Hudson Automotive Group is looking for a talented and career-driven Corporate Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. This role supports HR processes across all corporate locations and acts as a liaison between employees and benefits partners. The Corporate HR Coordinator oversees the new hire process from pre-hire paperwork to onboarding. Additionally, this role offers administrative support to the HR function, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS data entry. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization as a primary point of contact for the HR team.
  • Works independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Direct experience supporting executive leadership and all levels of a growing organization.
  • Minimum 1 year’s work experience, preferably in HR and retail environment (Required).
  • Prior experience acting as an HR touchpoint and leading new hire orientation and onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless new hire onboarding experience.
  • Experience updating employee information and files in HRIS system and ensuring accuracy.
  • Track record of partnering effectively with all levels of an organization in interpreting and advising on human resources policies, procedures, and standards.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or HR focused certification (Preferred).
