About The Position

Supports business-enabling functions (not engineers, product, or GTM). Hybrid between full-cycle recruiter (can source, screen, and close candidates) and recruiting operations partner (pipeline management, reporting, candidate experience). Fully remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience running requisitions end-to-end: intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with corporate functions such as HR, Legal, Finance, and Policy.
  • Ability to assess non-technical skill sets relevant to various corporate functions.
  • Strong phone screening capabilities to identify gaps in candidate backgrounds.
  • Understanding of competency fit and culture/mission alignment.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
  • Comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience in tracking recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and conversion rates.

  • Ability to build trust with hiring managers and provide valuable insights.
