About The Position

Lead in the design, development, implementation of high complex enterprise-wide back office financial systems, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting. Essential Functions Lead large cross-OpCo project teams, developing project plans, maintaining project budgets, leading research and documentation of business requirements in the review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases with technical expertise and outstanding project management efficiency. Communicates governance and support policies to all levels of staff and management. Develop and presents executive level communications on a routine base with senior level authority. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.
  • Six (6) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Expert with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment.
  • Outstanding quantitative business problem solving skills and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent organizational/time management and planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
  • Some travel required.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years working directly with Oracle E-Business Suite Advanced Collections software
  • PL-SQL expertise
  • Oracle E-Business Suite Territory Manager (TM) software
  • Oracle E-Business Suite Financials Systems Administration
  • Duties to include enterprise tailoring and business process requirement elicitation and mapping to Oracle Collections, Territory Manager Functionality, and Oracle Credit Management
