About The Position

Finance Accounting (FACT) Summer Internship Program Start Date: May 26, 2026 ( 10 week internship) Location: Johnston, RI Citizens internship programs give you the chance to work on a variety of critical business assignments that will test your skills and use your academic knowledge to match your interests to a real job. As a Finance or Accounting Intern you will have the opportunity to participate in finance activities while improving your reporting and analysis skills as well as enhancing your knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles. You will be placed in one of the following accounting-related areas for the summer: Business Unit Finance (Consumer, Commercial, Enterprise), Corporate Accounting, or Treasury. As a FACT intern you can expect to: Provide analytical support for the daily / monthly / quarterly reporting process. Provide detailed analysis of critical areas including research and reporting Assist in recurring management reporting preparation, consolidation, and analysis for review with senior management.  Participate in month-end close/ forecast preparation and related control functions. Ad hoc and additional assignments across various divisions and finance teams.

Requirements

• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly excel.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link. If not completed within the timeframe, your application will be automatically withdrawn from consideration.
• Candidates must currently be a U.S. Resident to be eligible for this program.
• Please note that U.S. Immigration sponsorship or work visa is not available for intern / full time positions and candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or other related degree
• Expected graduation date of May 2027
• Minimum GPA 3.5
