Travel and Leisure Co. is proud to announce our 2026 Summer Internship Program at our Corporate Office in Orlando, Florida. As a Corporate Finance intern, you will support the team with consolidation, financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. The intern will gain exposure to core FP&A processes, working cross-functionally with various internal teams. This role is also an opportunity to not only learn the existing process, but to make recommendations for enhancements. In addition to the firsthand experience, the program features team projects, direct senior leadership exposure, and mentorship. We are committed to providing a comprehensive experience with real-world training. Our goal is to provide a quality internship while identifying future talent/leaders.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree program (Business or Finance major preferred)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel
  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
  • Initiative and Eagerness to Learn
  • Demonstrated Teamwork and Collaboration in School Projects
  • Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2026 in Orlando Florida
  • Work in the Orlando corporate office M,T,W and be remote TH,F

Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting - Perform consolidated financial statement research and analysis, including development and preparation of financial management reports. Actively identify significant trends in operations and present to with appropriate recommendations for action on opportunities.
  • Forecasting - Forecasting and budgeting activities related to cost of sales/inventory and analyze the actual results against forecasts/budget to concisely highlight variance drivers and identify opportunities to mitigate risk and improve performance
  • Presentation Support - Assist in preparing presentations for the quarterly business reviews, annual budget review, and long-range plan review for senior management
  • Process Improvement - Continuously seek opportunities to automate and streamline processes to reduce cycle time and churn in all operations planning processes.
  • Adhoc Analysis - Assist with ad hoc assignments
