Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience in construction, facility management, and project management required
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and communication

Responsibilities

  • Maintain exterior and interior upkeep of the facility
  • Diagnose and repair all major facility appliances and equipment
  • Collaborate with other facilities and construction departments
  • Communicate all necessary repairs that will interfere with daily business activities
  • Order and install new equipment
  • Ensure the facility represents a professional and luxury environment
