Full-time, Salaried Leader Position starting at $80,000/annually DOE + benefits. Position Purpose: The Corporate Facilities Managers works directly under the Corporate Director of Facilities, managing facility functions, implements policies and safety procedures, engages with vendors and contractors, minimizes hazards, coordinates remodeling and refurbishing initiatives, and conducts preventative maintenance across assigned properties. This role can be based either out of Albuquerque or Santa Fe but includes travel between our northern & southern properties as needed, including but not limited to El Monte Sagrado, Palacio de Marquesa, Old Martinez Hall, Eldorado Hotel & Spa, Inn & Spa at Loretto, Hotel St. Francis, Hotel Chimayó, Hotel Albuquerque, Hotel Chaco and Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces.
