Corporate Facilities Lead Reporting to the Senior Director of Real Estate & Facilities, processes facility ticketing (via JIRA) requests, coordinates common areas and meeting spaces and other duties as assigned. The lead will ensure operational efficiency, maintain vendor relationships, contribute to facility budgets, and deliver high levels of service across all corporate locations. Position Summary The Corporate Facilities Lead plans, organizes, maintains, and manages the operations, efficiency, and reliability of company facilities and infrastructure systems. This role ensures that all workplace environments support business goals, employee productivity, and compliance. The position involves strategic oversight of facilities programs, vendor management, and operational logistics, while serving as a key liaison across internal departments and external partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing corporate facilities, operations, or workplace services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong leadership experience with proven ability to hire, train, supervise, and motivate staff.
  • Excellent vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity; ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Skilled in balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Concur, Jira, visitor management system, and Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio or equivalent).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in corporate relocations, construction coordination, or large-scale move management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting requests via the JIRA ticketing system, ensuring timely completion and accurate tracking.
  • Implement facility policies, procedures, and processes; monitor compliance and ensure adherence to company standards and EH&S regulations.
  • Support vendor relationships ensuring compliance with contractual and company requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and property management teams.
  • Support Meeting and Space Coordinator with conference room scheduling systems, ensuring smooth meeting logistics, AV readiness, and equitable space utilization.
  • Assist with seating and space planning initiatives, including department moves, reconfigurations, and facility buildouts.
  • Lead and participate in special projects assigned by the Senior Director of Real Estate & Facilities, including corporate relocations and large-scale logistical planning.
  • Contribute to the development of annual facilities budgets and monitor expenditures in assigned areas.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for compliance audits, facility updates, and asset tracking.
