Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive culinary leadership (multi-site or healthcare experience a big plus).
  • A track record of building teams, inspiring chefs, and elevating foodservice experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition-forward menus, wellness-focused dining, and therapeutic diets.
  • Business savvy: understanding of budgets, purchasing, and food cost control.
  • A passion for sustainability, wellness, and creating food with purpose.
  • Certified Executive Chef (CEC) credential preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the culinary direction across multiple hospitals, driving innovation, wellness, and consistency.
  • Create menus that are delicious, nutritious, and inspiring, balancing healing with flavor.
  • Mentor and energize chefs and culinary leaders, cultivating teams that thrive.
  • Partner with dietitians and clinical experts to bring food and health together in powerful ways.
  • Showcase creativity while meeting cost goals, sustainability commitments, and client expectations.
  • Be a visible leader — working with executives, clients, and frontline teams to raise the bar on patient and guest dining.
