About The Position

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Corporate Executive Assistant with 5–8 years of post‑graduate experience who is either ready to take the next step in their career or is currently performing a similar role within a comparable corporate fast-paced environment. This position will support our broader U.S. executive team and will require advanced calendar management, meeting and board coordination, and comprehensive travel planning. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, and expertise in PowerPoint is strongly preferred. In-office working at the NYC T&T office is required three days out of the work week.

Requirements

  • Technically-savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly.
  • A positive team player with the ability to deal with colleagues at all levels of the business.
  • Culturally sensitive; able to deal with global stakeholders.
  • 5 – 8 years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Proven track record working in a dynamic and demanding environment is necessary.
  • Proficient at taking board and meeting minutes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Pro-active calendar management and travel coordination for both domestic and international meetings.
  • Submit expenses on behalf of executives.
  • Anticipate needs, pre-empt and resolve issues while prioritizing tasks.
  • Meeting management responsibilities, meeting coordination and all related operational details (conference rooms, catering, collateral, building access, etc.); draft agenda and minutes; greet onsite guests and escort them to appropriate conference room.
  • Support development of presentation content and report development for various meetings and Board meetings.
  • Field and screen incoming phone calls.
  • Attend Board meetings and prepare all corresponding Board books, which includes managing reporting timelines with senior Directors across the business.
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
